I was nominated a while back, so finally gotten around to it. So here is my sunshine award, Alyssa over at Al manga blog so kindly nominated me. So thanks Alyssa!!. And make sure to check out her blog too if you’re in to manga and comics.

2) Answer eleven questions asked by the nominator.
3) Nominate eight bloggers of your choosing and ask them eleven questions of your own.

5) List the rules and display the Sunshine Blogger Award logo in your post or on your blog site.
Here are Alyssa’s questions
Who is your favourite mangaka or manga creating team?
My favourite mangaka has to be Tite Kubo, the author of bleach. I really enjoyed bleach, as it’s one of my favourite anime and manga.

What was the first anime you ever watched?
Damn, that is going back. The first one I’d say is samurai pizza cat. Looking back on it now, that show was badly handled for Western markets. Thanks Saban.

What inspired you to start blogging?
I’ve said this before, at one point I had aspirations of being an author. That dream went kaput, so blogging was the natural place to continue writing.
If you were a power ranger, what colour would you be?
Blue ranger.
If you could have any superpower of your choice, what would it be?
Tough question. Probably the power to manipulate earth and plants.
What is your favourite video game?
Sonic the hedgehog and streets of rage, yea that’s two xDD.
Is there a remake that you feel is better than the original (this can be either an anime or movie)?
I really can’t think of one at the moment
Is there an anime or manga that you thought youโd hate but ended up enjoying?
Record of lodos. At the time, that show had some emotional upheaval for me. As it is liked by two ppl that I know. These days, I’ve moved on and enjoyed the show for what it is. And yes, I’ve patched things up with them.
Is there an anime or manga that you thought youโd love that ended up not being for you?
Record of grancrest. I thought it would be for me, but damn I got more of a laugh out of it.
Is there an anime or manga that always makes you laugh no matter how many times you watch/read it?
Hitman reborn. That show always gets me laughing.

Is there an anime or manga that always makes you cry no matter how many times you watch/read it?
no, there isn’t any.

I loved Samurai Pizza Cats, but the way it aired here was all jumbled , there was no rhyme or reason to it. So I never was able to track if I saw it all I doubt I did! So in the end I just saw a handful of random episodes.

Congratulations! Bleach is a really great manga. I like the art and story telling of Tite Kubo. Sonic games are pretty fun. I haven’t played Streets of Rage, but I want to some day.

Thanks matt ๐. Streets of rage or bare knuckles in Japan was their answer to final fight. Final fight was an exclusive to the snes at the time.

You’re welcome Mallow ๐ ! I love Final Fight. I bet gamers enjoyed Streets of Rage. Sega was pretty innovated as they continued to make awesome titles.

Samurai Pizza Cats was one of my earliest anime’s as well, though I didn’t know it at the time. I think the dub is kind of hilarious. Disappointing if you wanted an actual translation, but super funny if you view the show as a parody.
